Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that payments made for exhibits and sponsorships to Horizon CME are non-refundable.

Payment is due within 45 days of completing the registration form. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will lead to the cancellation of the registrant’s order, and the company will still be responsible for the conference fees.

In the event of a conference postponement, all payments related to exhibits or sponsorships will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date for the corresponding conference or virtual platform. Additionally, any company that chooses to withdraw from participation in a Horizon CME-organized conference, after making payments for exhibits or sponsorships, will forfeit all funds paid to Horizon CME.

If you require cancellation, please contact Horizon CME directly. Once an order is submitted and approved, you assume financial responsibility.
