  • Each table provided will be six feet long and will come with two chairs.
  • Two complimentary badges are included (no CME/CE included).
  • The Exhibit Hall is located in a separate room from the general session.
  • Acknowledgement of conference materials.
  • Exhibitor participation in the Passport Program.
  • Pre- and post-registration list (based on the ACCME Standards: Accredited providers are expected
    to implement the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education.
    Per Standard 2.3)

    • Important Note: No same-day substitutions are allowed. You may have two people staff the table
    on the first day and the other two staff on the second day. If you choose this route, please let us
    know who will be staffing the table each of the days.
    Two Additional badges are available for purchase for each tabletop exhibit, upon request.
    Badges must be prepaid.
