With this sponsorship your company will create a 24″ x 34″ poster with information of your choice. The poster will be displayed either in or just outside the conference Exhibit Hall. The poster must be received at the designated venue no later than Thursday evening before the conference.
Fee includes:
- One complimentary badge is included (no CE/CME included) – Additional badge is not eligible for purchase
- Pre- and post-registration list
- The poster must have a hardback or self-stand
- Horizon CME will only provide an easel
Important notes:
- Exhibit tabletop is not included.
- This poster is not part of the passport program.
- This sponsorship is not in lieu of an exhibit table.
- A representative may not stand by the poster during the break.
