Symposium involves a 45-minute presentation.
This is a Non-CE program, so no CME/CE will be included.
A second Symposium will be offered if attendee registration is expected to exceed 125. This is to ensure that the lunch buffet is divided and to avoid taking time away from the presentation.
The sponsoring company is responsible for selecting the topic, speaker expenses, and any additional audiovisual equipment that Horizon CME does not provide.
The promotional sessions may focus on specific drugs or products and are expected to have 90–95% attendance from the registered clinicians.
Fee Inclusions:
- Audiovisuals included: projector, fast-fold screen proportion to the room size, 50” confidence monitor, laptop, perfect cue, audio console, podium, microphone, and AV tech
- Two complimentary badges are included (no CME/CE included)
- Sponsor level and presentation acknowledgment on conference materials
The fee does not include an Exhibit Table.
